For congregations, clergy and lay people
The UCC bases all its Christian relationships on covenant, especially the covenant between congregational and pastor. Search, call, and congregational transitions work supports and equips congregations and pastoral leaders for successful covenant commitment.
Through our work we support pastors in all stages, from Members in Discernment to seasoned leaders, to retiring clergy. We work closely with Committees on Ministry to help form and support congregational leaders.
The IKC Board has regularly updated it’s Covid-19 protocols for staff and volunteers. This most recent version was approved by the Board in October of 2021.

Most of the work of the Conference happens at our Annual Gathering where we vote on resolutions, budgets, and the business of the IKC.
